(4) When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this connection after storage is no longer necessary or restrict processing if there are legal storage obligations.

3. collection of personal data when you visit our website
(1) When you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser sends to our server. Transient cookies

(1) In addition to the purely informative use of our website, we offer various services which you can use if you are interested. For questions of any kind, we offer you the possibility to contact us using a form provided on the website. This requires you to provide a valid e-mail address, first name, surname, subject and comments so that we know who the enquiry comes from and can answer and process it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.
(4) Data will only be transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA if this is necessary or legally required for the processing of the service owed (e.g. tax reporting obligations), if you have given us your consent or if this is done within the scope of order data processing. If service providers are used in the third country, they are obliged to comply with the data protection level in Europe in addition to written instructions by the agreement of the EU standard contract clauses.
