The ART Transformer Equities Fund

The global equity fund selects its securities from the segment of companies that deal with blockchain technology. On the one hand, the portfolio consists of so-called new players (listed start-ups/small and medium-sized enterprises) that offer new products or services in the context of blockchain technology and whose unique selling points are therefore based on blockchain technology. On the other hand, the portfolio also consists of established companies (Established), which may already be market leaders in existing markets, but use Blockchain technology to gain a competitive advantage over their competitors.

The selection of securities for the fund's universe is based on in-depth research into investible companies that can be located in the individual layers of block chain technology and the value creation potential of certain use-cases in which they are directly or indirectly involved.

In the next step, the securities from the universe are subjected to a quantitative and qualitative analysis before an investment decision is made for the approximately 60 to 90 securities in the portfolio.
